New Holiday Works on Display at Only In Ogden

Steve Stones will be displaying his newest holiday works for the First Friday Art Stroll today, December 6, in the new Only In Ogden Store located at 2246 Washington Blvd. Also taking place is An Evening With Kaleidoscope, which will be featuring several artists and performances this evening as well as a fundraising event for C.J. Julian, who needs money for his brain surgery. Be sure to enjoy the night on the town.

Steve Stones will be showing three works at the 2013 Bountiful/Davis Art Center Holiday Exhibit in their new location at 28 East State Street, Farmington. The exhibit will show from November 15 – December 21. There’s sure to be something for everyone at this year’s event.

Kentucky Fried Satan is a parody created by Steve Stones.

Art buffs, we have good news for you! Steve Stones will have a booth at the Bountiful Davis Summerfest 2013. There is an exhibit of featured artists on display at the Bountiful Davis Art Center at their new location,  28 East State Street, South Door, 2nd Floor in Farmington; however, the festival is held August 8-10 at the Bountiful City Park.  There will be food vendors, performances and a whole lot of fun! Simple Treasures Spring Boutique Show at Ogden’s Union Station!

Spring has nearly sprung and it’s time to check out the Simple Treasures Spring Boutique at Ogden’s Union Station. The event begins on Wednesday, March 13 and continues through Saturday, March 16 during the hours of 10am-6pm. Admission is $1, and there will be treats and treasure hunts! You can contact Simple Treasures Boutique at 801-814-8670 and view their website at http://www.simpletreasuresboutique.biz. If you’re feeling nostalgic and would like learning a little local history, there are several museums at Ogden’s Union Station worth seeing, so why not make a day of it?

Admission is as follows:

 CHILD 3-12        $3
STUDENT 13-17  $4
ADULT 18-61      $5
SENIOR 62+        $4
Family Day Pass $15 Admits up to 2 adults and up to 4 children.

 Don’t forget to enjoy Steve Stones and Brent Hale’s art at Gallery at the Station as it’s showing for the entire month of March and is free to see!
